I’m a believer in Jesus Christ who thinks that real spirituality cannot be separated from the real Spirit of the real God.
I work with ministry leaders seeking to deepen their insight and congregations seeking to mature in their spiritual journeys. My passion is helping people become more like Jesus. My philosophy of ministry statement is here.
My work as young adults minister at the Grand Central Church of Christ allows me to connect with young adults (and some not quite so young!) serious about being transformed and about being part of God’s work in the world.
Raised in Alaska and Oregon, I studied at Oklahoma Christian University (English), the University of Idaho (English), and Harding Graduate School (MDiv, 2005; DMin, 2012). I served as a missionary to Zagreb, Croatia, from 1991-96.
I am married and am currently raising two boys.
